Client Coordinator
Location: Bath
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5hrs)

My client, a highly respected and well-established accountancy firm known for delivering exceptional, client-focused service, is seeking to appoint a Client Coordinator to join their team in Bath.
This front-of-house position involves welcoming visitors, engaging with clients both in person and by phone/email, and providing essential administrative and database support. If you are proactive and detail-oriented we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Front-of-house reception duties handling new client enquiries, issue quotations, and manage follow‑ups and general administrative support.
* Manage the full client onboarding process, prioritising tasks in line with Companies House and HMRC deadlines.
* Maintain accurate client records, including contact details and Companies House updates.
* Chase and organise client documents, ensuring timely submission and tracking all records in and out.
* Manage client disengagements, including professional clearance and required documentation.
About You
* Confident communicating with clients both in person and over the phone
* Professional in appearance, conduct, and confidentiality
* Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Highly organised, logical, and accurate in following processes
* Proactive, positive, and a supportive team player
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
* Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities
