What You'll Be Doing Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines (XY2 & Leadwells) Using Siemens controls (essential) Fusion 360 experience desirable but not essential Taking jobs from programming through to completion, including quality checks Supporting breakdown work and quick-turnaround jobs Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency What's In It for You Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) Straight day shifts - 38 hours per week Plenty of overtime available, including weekends if desired 33 days flexible holiday, increasing every 5 years Early finish Fridays Annual pay reviews Genuine long-term career progression in a technically demanding environment About the Company A well-established precision engineering and breakdown repair specialist, trusted across multiple industries for fast turnaround, technical excellence, and high-quality reverse-engineered components.
