What You’ll Be Doing * Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models * Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis machines (XY2 and Leadwells) * Using Siemens controls (essential) * Fusion 360 experience desirable (but not essential) * Taking full ownership of jobs from programming through to completion * Carrying out your own quality checks * Supporting breakdowns and urgent turnaround work * Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors * Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in a fast-moving shop What’s In It for You * Straight night shift: 5pm – 5am * 46 hours over 4 nights – no Fridays, enjoy a long weekend every week * Up to £56,000 OTE depending on experience (including shift allowance) * Plenty of paid overtime, including weekends if desired * 33 days flexible holiday, increasing every 5 years * Annual pay reviews * Genuine career progression in a business that values learning and improvement * A role where your skills, ideas, and pride in your work truly matter About the Company A well-established precision engineering and breakdown repair specialist, known for technical excellence, fast turnaround, and high-quality reverse-engineered components across multiple industries.
