CNC Mill/Turn Engineer – West Byfleet, Surrey
£35,000 – £52,000 + Overtime

We are looking for a CNC Mill/Turn Engineer to join a growing precision engineering business. This role suits an experienced machinist with mill/turn and 5-axis experience, or someone looking to step up and develop further.

Key Responsibilities:

* Program, set and operate CNC mill/turn machines (DMG Mori)

* Edit and optimise existing programs

* Machine high-precision components to tight tolerances

* Carry out self-inspection and quality checks

* Support production and team workflow

Requirements:

* Experience with CNC mill/turn machines (5-axis preferred)

* Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling

* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Flexible, reliable and team-oriented

What’s on Offer:

* £35,000 – £52,000 depending on experience

* Overtime paid at 1.5x
