Quality Operative / Parts Inspector – West Byfleet, Surrey
£40,000 – £45,000 + Overtime

We are seeking a Quality Operative / Parts Inspector to join a growing precision engineering business, supporting the inspection of high-precision machined components.

Key Responsibilities:

* First-off, patrol, and final inspection

* Assist with inspection reports (AS9102 FAIRs)

* Check quality documentation and certificates

* Deburring/polishing of high-value components

* Support quality and production teams as required

Requirements:

* Experience inspecting machined components

* Familiarity with inspection equipment (CMM, gauges, hand tools, microscopes)

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Engineering qualification (NVQ/ONC/BTEC) desirable

* Team player with a flexible approach

What’s on Offer:

* £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

* Overtime paid at 1.5x
