Contracts Manager (Passive Fire)

We are working with an established specialist fire protection contractor seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team, overseeing projects across fire doors and fire stopping within the social housing sector.

The Role

Manage fire door and fire stopping projects across social housing contracts.

Oversee project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and clients.

*

Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance.

*

Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety standards and regulations.

*

Manage projects across the Milton Keynes and Watford areas.

Requirements

*

Essential experience within the social housing sector.

*

Proven experience managing fire door and fire stopping contracts.

*

NVQ Level 7 Construction Senior Management

*

SMSTS

*

Strong leadership, organisational and client management skills.
