Surveyor (Passive Fire)

We are working with a growing specialist fire protection contractor seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their team, primarily carrying out fire door surveys across social housing properties, alongside some compartmentation surveys.

The Role

Carry out fire door surveys across social housing properties.

Inspect fire doorsets, identifying defects, remedial requirements and compliance issues.

*

Undertake occasional compartmentation surveys, including loft inspections.

*

Produce accurate survey reports and recommendations.

*

Liaise with clients, site teams and project management to support remedial works.

*

Ensure surveys are completed in line with relevant fire safety standards.

Requirements

*

Proven experience surveying fire doors.

*

Experience within the social housing sector.

*

Knowledge of fire door compliance and relevant fire safety standards.

*

Some experience with compartmentation surveys is desirable.

*

Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.
