About the Role:
As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Your duties will include:
* Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
* Conducting title checks, preparing contracts, and drafting legal documents.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
* Contributing to the development of the conveyancing department.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing.
* A relevant qualification in law.
* A proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
* Proficiency in using case management systems.
The Benefits:
* £40-50K.
* WFH 2 days per week.
