Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Bristol Salary: £100 – £120 per day Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Are you looking to gain school-based experience before becoming a teacher? We are seeking a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to join supportive secondary schools in Bristol and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, or youth workers who enjoy working with young people and are looking to take the next step in their education career. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise secondary classes (KS3–KS4) during teacher absence using pre-prepared lesson plans * Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively * Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged in learning * Provide feedback to teachers on lesson outcomes and pupil behaviour The Ideal Cover Supervisor Will: * Have experience working with young people, ideally within a school or education setting * Remain calm under pressure and have excellent classroom management skills * Be confident, reliable, and adaptable across a range of subjects * Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS check * Be eligible to work in the UK and be available full-time What We Offer: * Daily rates: £100 – £120 per day * Weekly pay via ANZUK Education * Access to a dedicated consultant for ongoing support * Valuable school-based experience for aspiring teachers * £100 referral bonus after 10 days worked or successful permanent placement About ANZUK Education: At ANZUK, we’re committed to creating exceptional experiences in education.
