The role of a Cover Supervisor involves supporting learners across a variety of subjects within secondary schools. You will deliver pre-set lesson materials, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain focused and engaged throughout each lesson.

What we’re looking for
Experience working with secondary-aged pupils either in a school, college, or youth setting (desirable but essential)
Flexibility and adaptability to work across a range of subjects and year groups
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to work on a flexible, ongoing basis across schools in Salford
