CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living

Ilford, Essex
Up to £45,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated CQC Registered Manager to lead a Supported Living service supporting adults with Mental Health needs, Dementia, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairments, and Learning Disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service growth, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day running of Supported Living services

* Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high-quality standards

* Lead, manage, and develop staff teams

* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance checks

* Develop person-centred support plans

* Manage recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management

* Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders

* Support occupancy growth and referral development

* Produce reports and contribute to strategic service development

Requirements:

* Level 5 Diploma/NVQ in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding

* Proven leadership and staff management experience

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Full UK Driving Licence
