About the Job As a Curriculum and Qualification Resource Developer, you will design, produce, and quality-assure a wide range of curriculum support and centre-facing resources. Your role will ensure all materials are accurate, engaging, accessible, and compliant with Ofqual and internal quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Develop high-quality curriculum and teaching support materials for a variety of qualifications. * Produce clear, engaging, and accessible learning and assessment content. * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal teams to support qualification development and updates. * Apply sound pedagogical principles and accessibility best practices. * Contribute to digital learning resources, including multimedia content and interactive tools. * Review, edit, and quality-assure materials produced internally or externally. * Use feedback, research, and learner insights to continuously improve resources. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will bring: * Experience in curriculum design, content development, or assessment resource creation. * Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. * Knowledge of pedagogy, assessment methodologies, and qualification delivery. * Ability to produce user-friendly, clear, and accessible learning materials. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. * Experience using digital authoring tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Articulate, Rise). * A proactive, creative, and solutions-focused approach to resource development.
