Customer Service Advisor
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
· Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
· Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Liaising with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment
· Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
· Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems
· Supporting general administrative tasks as required
· Ensuring clear and effective communication across teams and with customers at all times
· Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
About You:
· Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· A proactive and positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and shift patterns
· Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:
· 3 on / 3 off rotating shift pattern
· 8:00am - 8:00pm
· Rotation as follows:
Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday on, Wednesday to Friday off
Week 2: Sunday to Tuesday off, Wednesday to Friday on· Flexibility is essential, as shift patterns and hours may change in line with business needs
