Position: Demi Chef de Partie

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Start Date: End of May Salary: £27,000 basic Tronc:

Approx. £4,000–£6,000 annually Hours: 40 hours per week, single shifts, 2 days off

Shift Patterns:

Morning: approx. 09:00–17:30

Late: approx. 11:30–20:30 (Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs)

About the Role

We are recruiting a talented and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of our prestigious client in Knightsbridge. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a refined, high‑end environment where quality, consistency, and professionalism are paramount.

You will support the senior kitchen team in delivering beautifully presented dishes, maintaining impeccable standards, and contributing to a smooth, efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen, adhering to all health & safety regulations and company policies.

*

Demonstrate a strong understanding of recipes, methods, and allergens.

*

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence.

*

Work to daily deadlines and targets, delivering high‑quality results under pressure.

*

Show a positive, proactive, and initiative‑driven approach to all tasks.

*

Support the training and development of Commis Chefs and Apprentices, helping to uphold kitchen standards.

*

Lead by example, maintaining discipline, professionalism, and teamwork within the department.

*

Ensure correct storage, labelling, and rotation of all food items, dry goods, and equipment.

*

Assist the Head Chef in day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth service.

*

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

*

Collaborate effectively with all departments to deliver the best possible experience for guests and colleagues.
