* Manage complex damp, mould, and disrepair cases.
* Undertake inspections and prepare specifications of work.
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with statutory timescales.
* Support service improvements and compliance reporting.
* Work proactively to reduce risk and improve customer outcomes.
* Demonstrable experience of managing housing disrepair claims and legal interfaces.
* Experience of preparing technical evidence and witness statements would be advantageous.
* Experience of implementing or preparing for Awaab's Law preferred.
Previous experience within social housing and damp, mould and disrepair management is essential
