Domestic Maintenance Engineer 📍 Central Belt, Scotland (Travel Required) 💰 Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Standby We are currently working with a well-established Facilities Management provider based in Renfrewshire, who are looking to recruit an experienced Domestic Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. This is a mobile role covering the Central Belt of Scotland and North of England, working across a mix of domestic and residential properties. This opportunity would suit someone from a plumbing or joinery background with strong multi-skilled experience. 🔧 The Role: * Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across domestic properties * General repairs including: * Plumbing (repairs & installations) * Joinery (doors, flooring, skirting, shelving etc.) * Painting & decorating to a high standard * Basic electrical works * Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard * Completing risk assessments and method statements * Delivering excellent customer service in occupied properties * Working independently across multiple sites ✅ Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role * Background in plumbing or joinery (essential) * Strong multi-skilled experience across domestic maintenance * SVQ qualified (or equivalent experience) * Full UK driving licence * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage workload ⭐ What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £45,000 DOE * Company vehicle (personal use) * Overtime opportunities * Standby rota with additional earnings * Company pension * Company phone, iPad, uniform and tools provided * Permanent, full-time position * Supportive team environment with long-term stability This is a great opportunity to join a reputable and growing business, offering varied work, strong earning potential, and long-term career prospects
