Drylining Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an established interiors contractor delivering high-value commercial fit-out projects across London and the South East. They are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with senior commercial and project teams. The Role Support the commercial lifecycle from pre-construction through to final account Assist with CVRs, cost reporting, cash flow forecasts and valuations Support subcontract procurement, tendering and appointment Administer contracts (JCT / NEC) and ensure compliance Manage variations and change control processes Monitor project costs and support profitability Assist in identifying and mitigating commercial risks Attend project and client meetings Project & Sector Experience Experience working on interior packages is highly beneficial, including: Drylining Partitions Suspended ceilings Flooring packages Doors & joinery Acoustic systems About You Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within interiors / fit-out Understanding of commercial processes and cost management Experience working across multiple packages on commercial projects Knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts Degree qualified or working towards What’s on Offer Hybrid working Competitive salary Bonus scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private medical insurance Additional benefits package
