What you’ll be doing
As Dual Registered Manager, you’ll hold overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, and compliance of two children’s homes. You’ll provide visible, supportive leadership while ensuring both services consistently deliver high standards of care.
Key responsibilities include:

Holding Ofsted registration for two children’s residential homes
*
Providing strong, inspirational leadership across both services
*
Ensuring care is trauma-informed, child-centred, and outcome focused
*
Maintaining full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
*
Working closely with the local authority, external professionals, and families
*
Leading, developing, and retaining high-quality staff teams
*
Driving a positive culture centred on safeguarding, stability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:

Be an experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care
*
Hold, or be working towards, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
*
Have strong knowledge of Ofsted inspections and regulatory frameworks
*
Be confident overseeing multiple services while maintaining quality and consistency
*
Be resilient, passionate, and committed to improving outcomes for young people
*
Value collaborative working and relationship-based practice
