Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: City of London Salary: £45,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely. * Maintain and service electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems. * Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures. * Complete maintenance reports and update site documentation accurately. * Support general building services maintenance when required. Requirements: * Qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred). * Previous experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management. * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
