The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join an established commercial building services and shopfitting business.
The company delivers a variety of electrical projects across commercial environments, including airports, railway premises, bars and retail outlets.
You will typically manage around two projects at a time, taking responsibility for pricing, planning, coordination and ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely and within budget.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background who is confident managing projects and working with clients, site teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Managing multiple electrical projects, typically two at a time.
Pricing and estimating electrical works.
Planning and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.
Overseeing commercial electrical and shopfitting projects.
Monitoring project progress, budgets and deadlines.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and site teams.
Ensuring projects are delivered safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong electrical installation background.
Commercial electrical and shopfitting experience.
Experience pricing and managing projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay & Benefits
£45,000–£50,000 annual salary.
