Job Reference: 846 Job Title: Electrical Shift Leader Salary: £52,000 per annum Location: Liverpool Street, City of London Job Type: Technical/ Engineering Working Hours: 4on-4off, Days Only Shift Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Shift Leader to join our client’s expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Liverpool Street. You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * PPMs and reactive maintenance * Monitor and maintain critical systems, including lighting, power, HVAC, and life safety equipment. * Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team * Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices * Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence * Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards * Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements * 2391 Inspection and Testing * Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition * 5 years’ experience in a similar position * Right to work in the UK * HVAP – Desired What’s on Offer * Competitive salary of £52,000 per annum * 20 Days Holiday * 4on-4off Days only, no nights * HVAP Training * Bundles of overtime * Great line of progression into senior Management * Company pension scheme If you’re seeking a fresh start in 2026 and want to take the next step in your leadership career, this could be the perfect opportunity.
