Electrical Supervisor

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: Stratford, East London Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team based in Stratford, East London. The successful candidate will oversee electrical maintenance activities on site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support a team of engineers carrying out electrical maintenance tasks * Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed on time * Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team * Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations * Liaise with site management and other departments to ensure smooth operations * Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports * Assist with training and development of engineers where required Requirements: * Previous experience working as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrical Engineer * Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent) * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Experience managing maintenance activities within a commercial or industrial environment * Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities * Good communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively What We Offer: * £50,000 annual salary * Monday–Friday working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Overtime opportunities available * Pension scheme * Ongoing training and professional development * Clear career progression opportunities * Additional company benefits If you are an experienced Electrical professional looking to take the next step in your career as a Supervisor in East London, we would love to hear from you.
