Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team on a 12-week temp to perm scheme. * Location – Greater Belfast Area * Salary – £36,000 per year (Room to increase once taken permanently) * Hours – 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday only * Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x JIB Gold Card or equivalent (desired) & 18th Edition required. As a Maintenance Electrician your duties will be but not limited to * General electrical reactive maintenance to the site. * This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs. * PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided). * Building inspections including roof walks and building checks. * Electrical bias repairs to building maintenance system, lighting and power upgrades, electrical conduits and circuit boards, distribution work, 3 phase equipment etc. (not all of this is required) There will be daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, this may be reporting issues, H&S notes or sending emails. Technology will be used in the form of a PDA Tablet and Company provided Smartphone.
