Electrician

We are currently seeking qualified Electricians for long-term works across social housing properties throughout London. This role involves a combination of testing, upgrades and installation works, with a focus on delivering high-quality results across day-to-day and void properties. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * EICR testing and associated remedial works * Electrical upgrades and installations * Maintenance and repairs within domestic properties * Working across both tenanted and void properties * Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards ✅ Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent) * City & Guilds 2391 * 18th Edition * Minimum 3 years’ experience * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills 💼 What’s on offer: * £40,000 – £45,000 salary * Bonus scheme available * Ongoing, long-term work * Established pipeline of projects Apply now to be considered for immediate start opportunities.
