Social Housing Electrician Social Housing Maintenance Locations: St Helens & Warrington Pay Rate: £22.55 per hour PAYE/ Umbrella + £550 per week on-call allowance Type: Temp to Perm Start: ASAP We are recruiting an experienced Electrician to join a well-established Social Housing Maintenance company operating across St Helens and Warrington. This is a long-term opportunity with a temp-to-perm offer for the right candidate. The Role You will be working across two key areas of the service: Planned Works Team: Electrical works within the Bathroom & Kitchen Scheme Responsive Repairs Team: Day-to-day maintenance and emergency repairs (on-call available for this team) Duties will include: Electrical maintenance, repairs, testing, and installation work Working on void and tenanted social housing properties Delivering work to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service Using a PDA system to manage and close jobs Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation AM2 qualification 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification Experience within social housing or a similar maintenance environment Ability to use PDA / handheld systems Clean shaven (required for face-fit compliance) Full UK driving licence with no more than 5 points Strong understanding of health & safety regulations What's on Offer £22.55 per hour PAYE/ Umbrella £550 per week on-call allowance (responsive team) Temp-to-perm opportunity Long-term, stable work Immediate start available If you're interested and meet all the requirements, please contact Paulina on (phone number removed) INDS
