Plumber - Social Housing Maintenance Liverpool & Wirral £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) 39 hours per week guaranteed + on-call opportunities Company van & fuel card provided Long-term work - Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well-established social housing maintenance contractor covering the Liverpool and Wirral areas. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent, offering stable full-time hours and consistent work. The Role: Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance Working in both void and occupied (tenanted) social housing properties Delivering a professional and respectful service to tenants Using a PDA system to manage and complete jobs Participating in a potential on-call rota Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential) Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points accepted) Must be clean shaven for face fit requirements Comfortable working in occupied properties Previous social housing or maintenance experience preferred What's on Offer: £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) Guaranteed 39 hours per week Company van and fuel card provided Long-term secure work with a temp-to-perm opportunity If you're interested, please call Paulina on (phone number removed) for more information or to apply.
