The Role

This is a mobile, field-based role where you will work directly within the community, travelling daily to meet participants, employers and partner organisations across your region. Meetings will take place in a variety of settings including community venues, health environments and workplaces.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of individuals seeking employment support

* Build strong relationships to understand each person’s strengths, goals and barriers

* Develop tailored vocational profiles and realistic action plans

* Provide practical support with CV writing, job searching and interview preparation

* Deliver ongoing in-work support to help individuals sustain employment

* Engage with local employers to identify opportunities and promote inclusive hiring

* Support employers with workplace adjustments and retention strategies

* Collaborate with health services, local authorities and community partners

* Maintain accurate records and track outcomes effectively

Your focus will be on helping people move into employment quickly, with the right support to ensure long-term success.

Ideal Candidate

You don’t need a clinical background, what matters is your ability to connect with people and drive positive outcomes.

You will:

* Have experience supporting customers, clients or individuals in a caseload or target-driven environment

* Be a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

* Feel comfortable engaging employers and external partners

* Be highly organised and able to manage a varied workload

* Work independently while contributing to a supportive team

* Have solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

* Be passionate about helping people realise their potential

Full training in the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model will be provided.
