Estimator

The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a growing construction, design-build and development business delivering high quality residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing drawings and specifications, pricing materials and subcontract packages, and supporting tender submissions across a varied project portfolio. This is a key role within the commercial team where your work directly supports project success from pre-construction through to delivery. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings and specifications * Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations * Produce tender documents and cost breakdowns * Review project scope and identify risks or cost implications * Maintain estimating records and cost libraries * Work closely with commercial and project teams About You * Proven estimating experience within construction * Strong understanding of drawings and specifications * Excellent numerical and analytical skills * Commercially aware and detail focused * Proficient in Excel and estimating software * Able to work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer * Supportive, professional environment * Varied and interesting project work * Career development within a growing business * Competitive salary and package
