Far East Supply Chain Manager
You'll take full ownership of the end‑to‑end Far East supply chain, driving production planning, supplier coordination, export documentation, and on‑time global shipments. This is a hands‑on and highly visible role you'll be the central link between factories, internal teams, and key international customers. Description The successful Far East Supply Chain Manager will be able to commute into London 3 days PW and be able to demonstrate the following experience: Proven experience in managing the end‑to‑end supply chain process in an FMCG space. Experienced in beauty, cosmetics, gifting, or FMCG would be desirable Build and manage production schedules across multiple Far East factories Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy across systems and timelines Liaise daily with suppliers to manage capacity, lead times, artwork approvals, and material readiness Provide clear reporting on production progress, shipment status, and KPIs Drive continuous improvements across processes, timelines, and communication Profile A successful Far East Supply Chain Manager should have: Strong supply chain skills, able to confidently manage the whole end to end process Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, forecasting, data modelling, and Macros/VBA to support supply chain optimisation. Experience in beauty, cosmetics, gifting, or FMCG would be desirable.
