Female Complex Care HCA - 1:1 Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to support a client on a 1:1 complex care package based in North West London (NW9). This is a community-based role supporting a client with complex clinical needs. The ideal candidate must be confident managing tracheostomy care and epilepsy. Clinical Requirements Essential experience in: * Tracheostomy care (in situ) * PEG feeding * Epilepsy management * Administration of Buccal Midazolam * Nebuliser therapy * Medication administration * Observations and escalation of deterioration Candidate Requirements * Minimum 12 months complex care experience * Confident working independently in a 1:1 setting * Competent with tracheostomy management * Comfortable supporting a female client * Good communication skills * Reliable and professional Shift Pattern * Monday to Friday * 08:30 – 16:00 * Ongoing consistent hours This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced HCA looking for stable weekday hours within a structured complex care package.
