Room Leader – NW9 Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming, family-run nursery based in NW9. Available Roles Level 3 Room Leader – Toddlers (2–3 years) Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum A confident Level 3 practitioner is required to lead the toddler room. Strong candidates looking to step up into a room leader role will be considered. This vacancy has arisen due to a long-standing team member relocating closer to home. Working Hours & Benefits The nursery is open Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 6:00pm, 51 weeks per year. No bank holidays. Shift rota in place with a mix of early (7:45am–4:00pm) and late (10:00am–6:00pm) shifts. 35 paid hours per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. You’ll be joining a team of 9 staff across 3 rooms (Baby, Toddler and Pre-School), with a Deputy Manager and dedicated Room Leaders already in place. Training & Development The nursery is highly committed to professional development and offers extensive CPD. Support available for Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications. Access to 17 different training courses. Full support to complete SEND training. Student placements and work experience opportunities are also offered. Location The nursery is located in NW9, in the heart of a park with excellent outdoor space. Close to Kingsbury Station with great public transport links. On-site car parking available Interview Process Interviews are carried out by the Owner/Manager and Deputy Manager or a senior team member.
