Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Female Senior Care Assistant to work in a 35-bed residential care home in Fareham. This temporary role offers regular night shifts with immediate block booking opportunities for candidates experienced in medication administration.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medication safely and accurately.

Complete paper MAR charts.

Provide personal care and support to residents.

Lead and support care staff during shifts.

Maintain accurate documentation and handovers.

Follow safeguarding and medication management procedures.

Essential Requirements

UK Senior Care Assistant experience.

Medication Administration training and competency assessment.

Experience with paper MAR charts.

*

Right to work in the UK.
