Boden is seeking a Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager to join our Construction Delivery team, focusing on the technical management and delivery of passive fire protection projects.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of project delivery—ensuring works are safe, compliant, and delivered to a high technical standard, while leading teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple passive fire protection projects from mobilisation to handover.
Lead planning, resourcing, and delivery, ensuring alignment with technical and programme requirements.
Oversee quality assurance and compliance, maintaining accurate Golden Thread records.
Act as a key technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Support commercial performance, including progress tracking and variations.
Carry out site visits and inspections to ensure standards, safety, and productivity.
Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to support successful project delivery. Skills and Experience
Experience managing passive fire protection / fire stopping projects.
Strong understanding of technical standards, compliance, and QA processes.
Knowledge of third-party accreditation schemes (e.g. FIRAS or similar).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Competent with Microsoft Office and digital project systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Salary £65,000
