Apply NowWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Fitter / Assembler to join busy workshop team on a full-time basis.
Mondat - Friday 8M-4:30PM
Pay:£15-£16.80 / hr
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling new agricultural machinery to a high standard while working from technical drawings and specifications.
Key Duties
* Assemble new agricultural machinery within a workshop environment
* Install and fit mechanical components accurately and efficiently
* Work from engineering drawings to aid assembly
* Collaborate with experienced engineers and workshop staff
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous fitting and assembly experience, ideally within machinery or agricultural equipment manufacturing
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Knowledge of hydraulics and 12V electrical systems
* Good attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Experience working with agricultural machinery
* Understanding of hydraulic systems and electrical installations
