We're currently looking for experienced Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineers to join a growing social housing contract across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

The Role

* Carrying out gas servicing, fault finding and repairs within occupied social housing properties

* Diagnosing and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems

* Completing all compliance paperwork electronically

* Providing a high standard of customer service to tenants

* Consistent, long-term work available

Requirements

* CCN1 / CKR1 (essential)

* HTR1 (essential)

* Previous experience in domestic service and repair

* Own van, tools and analyser

* Public Liability Insurance

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Strong fault-finding ability and good customer service skills
