£1,150 - £1,400 per week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Service Engineer to work on a long-term social housing contract covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.
The Role
* Carrying out annual gas safety checks and servicing of domestic gas appliances
* Working within occupied social housing properties
* Completing digital job sheets and compliance paperwork
* Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
* Managing a dedicated local patch

Essential Requirements
* CKR1 qualification
* HTR1 qualification
* Previous experience carrying out domestic gas servicing
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Own van, tools and flue gas analyser
* Public Liability Insurance
* Strong customer-facing skills
