Grounds Maintenance Operative 📍 Location: Weymouth 💷 Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour 📄 Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks) 📅 Start Date: ASAP 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm Job Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across social housing properties in Weymouth and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position with a well-established team. Key Responsibilities Carrying out general grounds and garden maintenance Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces Working across multiple sites within social housing environments Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Reporting to the depot each morning to collect a company van before travelling to sites Requirements Full UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience in one of the following: Grounds maintenance Gardening Landscaping Greenkeeping Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate of £14.85 per hour Opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks Consistent Monday to Friday working hours Immediate start available How to Apply Apply with your most up-to-date CV, and Tyler will be in touch to discuss the role further
