Financial Controller (Temp) 📍 Weymouth £25-35 PER HOUR STARTING ASAP TeamJobs are working with a well-established and growing business in Weymouth to recruit an experienced Financial Controller on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the finance function and support senior leadership with key decision-making. The Role: Oversee day-to-day finance operations (AP, AR, payroll support) Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and financial regulations Assist with audit and statutory accounts Drive process improvements and support business performance Lead and support a small finance team About You: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role Strong management accounts and reporting experience Confident using Sage and Excel Hands-on, detail-focused, and able to hit the ground running Manufacturing or engineering experience would be advantageous.
