Head of Sales – Outsourced Finance for Restaurants (Dubai)
The firm works exclusively with restaurant businesses, including premium independents and multi‑site groups, providing outsourced finance supported by a highly capable offshore delivery team.
The role
This is a senior new‑business role focused on winning and developing restaurant clients.
You will own the full sales cycle, from initial conversations through to onboarding, and play a key role in building the firm’s presence in the Dubai hospitality market.
Key responsibilities
* Win new restaurant and restaurant group clients across Dubai and neighbouring markets.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
* Lead consultative sales discussions with owners, GMs, and finance decision‑makers.
* Close new business and manage handover into delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
* Develop long‑term client relationships to support retention and growth.
Essential experience
* Currently living in Dubai with a strong understanding of the Dubai / UAE restaurant and hospitality market.
* Proven B2B sales or business development experience in hospitality or professional services.
* Confident selling to senior stakeholders and business owners.
* Able to work autonomously with clear revenue accountability.
* Fluent English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
Package
* Basic salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000 per month (depending on experience).
* OTE: AED 36,000 – 44,000 per month (50% base / 50% commission).
