HIAB Driver

Driver Hire Colchester is currently seeking experienced HIAB Drivers to support a number of our clients across Colchester and the surrounding areas. This is a day shift role with competitive pay rates and the opportunity for ongoing work. Pay Rate: £18.00 – £21.00 per hour (depending on experience and client placement) The Role: * Operating HIAB vehicles for the safe delivery of building materials and other goods * Carrying out deliveries to construction sites, builders’ merchants, and residential addresses * Operating the HIAB crane safely and efficiently * Completing vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy * Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed correctly * Representing Driver Hire and our clients professionally Requirements: * Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) Licence * Valid HIAB / Lorry Loader Certificate (ALLMI preferred) * Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card * Previous HIAB experience preferred * Strong understanding of health and safety procedures * Reliable and professional attitude What We Offer: * Competitive hourly pay * Day shifts * Weekly pay * Ongoing work opportunities * Support from the Driver Hire Colchester team If you are interested in this role, please apply today or contact Driver Hire Colchester on (phone number removed) for more information
