HR Executive
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to make a real impact in a business of around 70–80 employees.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting both the strategic and day-to-day HR activities across the organisation. You’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the company’s people strategy
* Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Provide first-line support on employee relations matters
* Assist with performance management and wellbeing initiatives
* Help ensure compliance with employment law and internal processes
* Support payroll administration (where required)
About You
* Previous experience in an HR role (HR Officer / HR Executive level)
* Good understanding of UK employment law and HR practices
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proactive, adaptable and willing to get involved in all aspects of HR
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (desirable)
