Pharmacist Salary: £52,000 + Benefits Location: Bristol Hours: 40hpw (Mon-Fri) + 2 day home working per week Shifts: 6am-2.30pm / 8am – 4.30pm / 9am-5.30pm Type: Permanent (Hybrid) Environment: Industry (Non patient facing) Summary A Pharmacist has a significant impact on all aspects of the business to help us deliver high quality patient care working as part of a team and is a role model for professional standards to other colleagues. With a responsibility for maintaining professional standards in the Pharmacy, using expert knowledge for clinical interventions, offering advice on queries and delivering Pharmacy Services. Key Responsibilities To work according to SOPs and Policies in the assigned roles below and any others as needed by the business: Support Pharmacist To provide clinical support on queries raised by Pharmacists on Job Assembly or Titan, Customer Care, Patients and Dispensary to help with supporting with process efficiency as well as providing Pharmacy Services as needed. Dispensary Pharmacist To provide clinical checks for items needed on Titan, receive, and check controlled drug prescriptions while maintaining accurate balances in our register. Clinical Pharmacist To provide clinical checks in Titan and apply schedules in Salesforce Job Assembly taking note of any stop alerts or cases as needed. Services Pharmacist To effectively deliver Pharmacy Services including (but not limited to) New Medicines Service and Discharge Medicines Service. Technical Safety Lead - To help with delivery of high-quality care, improvement testing, Patient Safety goals and safety incident resolution. - To work according to all appropriate legislation. - To maintain professional standards in the Pharmacy. - To use expert knowledge for clinical interventions. - To deliver Pharmacy Services.- To deliver Patient Safety objectives and reporting. Skills & Requirements • GPhC Registration • Masters of Pharmacy (MPharm) Degree. • Good computer and maths skills. • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Proven work experience as a Pharmacist. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software and resource planning systems. • Expert clinical knowledge. • Experience in Pharmacy operations. • DBS check where needed. • Able to multitask. • Able to work on own initiative. • Organised
