Junior Quantity Surveyor 📍 Doncaster 💰 Up to £40,000 depending on experience A growing and forward-thinking modular business in Doncaster is looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with the foundational QS skillset who is looking to develop their career and grow alongside an expanding business. You don't need to be a fully qualified or highly experienced QS - the company is keen to bring in someone with the right attitude, basic knowledge, and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Producing accurate material take-offs from drawings and project plans Reviewing project materials, quantities, and associated costs Supporting with cost control and project budgeting Assisting with planning and reviewing groundwork and drainage requirements Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently and within budget Supporting the wider commercial team with day-to-day project cost management Skills & Experience Experience producing material take-offs Understanding of construction materials and project costing Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans Design experience would be desirable Knowledge of drainage or groundwork plans and material take-offs would be highly desirable Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learningIf you're a Junior Quantity Surveyor or someone with relevant modular estimating experience looking for the next step in your career, this is a great opportunity to join a company that will invest in your development.
