We’re working with a well-established and growing plant hire business who are looking to add a skilled Workshop Fitter to their engineering team. This is a great opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people, with a strong focus on training, development, and long-term progression. You’ll be part of an experienced and supportive team delivering high-quality service across a modern fleet. The Role You’ll be based in the workshop, responsible for maintaining and preparing a wide range of plant and construction equipment to the highest standards. Key duties include: * Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs * Diagnosing faults across electrical and hydraulic systems * Inspecting equipment on return and prior to hire * Preparing, testing, and installing attachments * Ensuring all work is completed in line with manufacturer standards * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment About You We’re looking for someone who knows their way around plant equipment and takes pride in doing the job properly.
