Key Account Manager
Key Account Manager As a Key Account Manager with you will be responsible for fostering relationships with key customers within the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors. You will be using your strong communications skills to identify and develop business opportunities for supply chain technology and services including Mobile Computing, Barcode Scanning, RFID, Label Printing and associated services. Hours of work: This is a Full-Time position - 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday inclusive. Benefits: * Salary £28,000 - £30,000 (negotiable according to background and experience) * Leading Commission Package from Day 1 * Regular Training on Solutions and Technology * 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Automatic enrolment into the company’s “Nest” pension scheme * Critical Illness & Death in Service schemes after 1 year of service * Private Health Insurance plan after 1 year of service Responsibilities: * Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via telephone and other lead generation methods * Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met * Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in OpalTec’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system * Identifying efficiency & productivity issues within your customer base, and collaborating with OpalTec’s Technical, Commercial, Logistics and Finance teams to build and implement solutions that ensure successful outcomes Skills / qualities required: * Strong verbal & written communications skills * Experience in business development and account management, with an ability to build lasting commercial relationships. * Experience in business planning to ensure revenue and margin targets are met * Enthusiasm, confidence and inquisitiveness This role is based at our offices in Avonmouth, Bristol - Remote Working is not an option You will need your own transport as public transport links to Avonmouth are not reliable
