Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP/April 2026
Contract: Temporary until July 2026
Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum pro rata (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

At Heart of Supply, we’re working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sleaford that is looking for a confident, committed KS2 Teacher to make a real impact in the classroom on a temporary basis until July 2026. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate KS2 Teacher who is eager to contribute to a positive and forward-thinking school environment.
This isn’t just about covering lessons, it’s about leading learning. The school is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher who can stretch high achievers, support those who need a little extra guidance, and create an engaging, purposeful classroom where every child feels valued and supported.

What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Recent experience teaching across KS2 (minimum of 6 weeks in a UK school)
* Confidence delivering engaging lessons that are age-appropriate and accessible
* Strong classroom presence and adaptable behaviour management strategies
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
* A flexible, proactive mindset and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
