Apply NowOur engineering client is looking for x3 Manufacturing Labourers to join their busy and growing team.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical, physical work.
The role will involve supporting the production team with general labouring duties, including:
* Assisting skilled operatives with day-to-day tasks
* Carrying out general workshop and housekeeping duties
* Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
* Moving materials and components around site (lifting equipment provided)
* Supporting with basic paperwork and job records when required
Previous labouring or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential — a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to get stuck in are key. If you’re based in or around Chichester and looking for a hands-on role, this could be a great opportunity.

Pay Rate:
£13.40 per hour
Hours:
07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Thursday)
07:00 – 11:00 (Friday)
