Apply NowOur engineering client is looking for x3 Manufacturing Operatrives to join their busy and growing team.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a supportive manufacturing environment, ideal for someone looking to build practical skills.
The role will involve supporting the wider production team with a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:
* Assisting with basic hand assembly using simple tools
* Supporting skilled operatives with ongoing work
* General workshop duties and keeping the area organised
* Completing basic paperwork and documentation
* Helping move materials and components when required (lifting equipment provided)
Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is beneficial but not essential — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key. If you’re based in or around Chichester and looking to get started in a practical role, this could be a great opportunity.

Pay Rate:
£13.40 per hour
Hours:
07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Thursday)
07:00 – 11:00 (Friday)
