Labourer with FLT / Driving Licence

Hindle Reman manufactures and remanufactures engine components for industrial, on highway and off highway engines users. Job details: * Using reach and counterbalance trucks to un-load, load, move materials on and off racking. * Wrapping, packing and un-packing finished and incoming goods. Mostly engineered products, crankshafts, blocks, heads and other engine parts etc. * Use of component washing machines and packaging equipment. * General housekeeping of workshop and routine machine maintenance/safety checks. * Participate in continuous improvement activities. * Maintain standards of health, safety and hygine in the workplace including the yard areas. * Some delivery and collection driving (under 3.5 tonne). * Familiar with and engineering environment. * Fork lift truck or reach truck, RTITB or ITSAR Licence reqd. * Driving licence required. * Willing to learn new skills * Understand HSEQ Standards & requirements. * Ensuring safe working systems and practices are followed using permit to work and lock out tag out systems * Good standard in maths and english * Have an ability to work to a high standard of quality. * Attention to detail * Wearing of appropriate PPE and observing health and safety rules
