Lead Principal ERP Consultant / Team Lead – (Finance & Manufacturing)

Location: Remote - must be based in UK / EIRE

Salary: Up to £95K + bonus + benefits - £100K OTE

My client are moving the pieces in the Discrete Manufacturing Space and are rapidly growing.

This is your chance to step into a high‑impact, senior leadership role driving some of the most exciting Epicor ERP programmes in the region.

🚀 What You’ll Own

Lead full‑cycle Epicor projects across:

* Record‑to‑Report (R2R) & multi‑company financials

* Plan‑to‑Produce (P2P) & manufacturing optimisation

* Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) & Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)

* Intercompany trading, cost controls, data migration & solution design

You’ll be the expert voice shaping how clients transform their operations.

👥 Lead the Team

We’re looking for someone who can:

* Mentor and manage 5 Functional and Technical Consultants

* Review designs, ensure quality delivery & raise standards

* Drive best practice across Finance & Manufacturing processes

A true leadership role with real influence.
